How to Redeem a Purchase on STACKS

If you've received a redemption code for a plugin on STACKS, follow this guide to redeem your purchase and get your plugin up and running.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

1. Visit STACKS' homepage.
2. Click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your login details to access your account. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one here.

Step 2: Access the Redeem Option

1. Once logged in, click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
2. In the dropdown menu, select "Redeem a Product."

Step 3: Enter Your Redemption Code

1. In the "Redemption Code" field, enter the redemption code you received.
2. Click the "Redeem" button.

Step 4: Confirm the Plugin in Your Library

1. After redeeming, your plugin will be added to your account.
2. Go to the "My Stack" section to find your redeemed plugin.
3. Click "Install" to get the plugin onto your system.

Step 5: Install and Activate Your Plugin

1. Follow the installation instructions for your DAW or operating system.
2. If your plugin requires a license key, you can find it by clicking the three dots next to the "Install" button and selecting "Copy License Key."
3. Paste the license key into your plugin when prompted (Command + V on Mac or Control + V on Windows).
