Re-downloading Sample Files

If you've moved or lost your sample files or need to download them again, STACKS makes it easy to re-download them from your account. Follow this guide to retrieve your sample files.

How to Re-download Sample Files

1. Log into your STACKS account on STACKS' homepage.
2. Go to "My Stack."
3. Find the product that includes sample files.
4. Click the Download Samples Icon (shown here in gold, on the left)

Troubleshooting Tips

• Download Not Starting: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• Corrupted Files: Manually delete the downloaded files and try downloading again.
• Missing Download Button: Ensure you’re logged into the correct account that owns the product.
