Updating Your Installed Products on STACKS
Keeping your products up-to-date ensures you have the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes. Here’s how to update your installed products on STACKS.
How to Update a Single Product
- Log into your STACKS account on STACKS' homepage.
- Go to "My Stack."
- Find the product that has an available update.
- The "Install" button will change to "Update" when an update is available.
- Click "Update" to install the latest version.
How to Update Multiple Products
- Log into your STACKS account and go to "My Stack."
- If multiple updates are available, you’ll see checkboxes to the left of the product names.
- Select the products you want to update by checking the checkboxes.
- Click "Update All" at the top of the screen.
- The updates will queue and install automatically.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Update Button Not Showing: Ensure you are logged into the correct account and that the product is installed.
- Update Fails to Install: Check your internet connection and try again.
- Corrupted Installation: Uninstall the product and reinstall the latest version.
