Updating Your Installed Products on STACKS

Keeping your products up-to-date ensures you have the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes. Here’s how to update your installed products on STACKS.


How to Update a Single Product

  1. Log into your STACKS account on STACKS' homepage.
  2. Go to "My Stack."
  3. Find the product that has an available update.
  4. The "Install" button will change to "Update" when an update is available.
  5. Click "Update" to install the latest version.

How to Update Multiple Products

  1. Log into your STACKS account and go to "My Stack."
  2. If multiple updates are available, you’ll see checkboxes to the left of the product names.
  3. Select the products you want to update by checking the checkboxes.
  4. Click "Update All" at the top of the screen.
  5. The updates will queue and install automatically.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Update Button Not Showing: Ensure you are logged into the correct account and that the product is installed.
  • Update Fails to Install: Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Corrupted Installation: Uninstall the product and reinstall the latest version.
