Step 1: Verify the Installation Path
- Log into your STACKS account and go to "My Stack."
- Find the plugin and ensure it’s installed.
Step 2: Rescan Plugins in Your DAW
- Open your DAW’s Plugin Manager or Preferences.
- Look for the option to rescan plugins or refresh plugin list.
- After rescanning, restart your DAW to see if the plugin appears.
Step 3: Check Plugin Format Compatibility
Make sure your DAW supports the plugin format you installed:
- VST: Supported by most DAWs like Ableton Live, FL Studio, Reaper, and Cubase.
- AU: Supported by macOS DAWs like Logic Pro and GarageBand.
- AAX: Supported exclusively by Pro Tools.
Step 4: Check for Plugin Updates
- Go to "My Stack" and see if an update is available for the plugin.
- If an update is available, click "Update" and follow the prompts.
