We want you to be satisfied with your purchase on STACKS. Please read our refund policy to understand how refunds are handled based on the type of product authorization.
Refunds for Products Using STACKS Auth
- Refunds are available for products using STACKS Auth within 14 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, email us at support@stacks.audio with your account details and the product name.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed, and access to the product will be revoked.
No Refunds for License Key or iLok Auth Products
- For products that use license keys or iLok authorization, STACKS does not offer refunds.
However, you can reach out to the developer directly to request a refund.

- Go to the developer’s profile on STACKS.
- Click the "Support" link to access their support contact information.

- Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe.
- All refunds are subject to approval based on the conditions outlined above.
