How to Refresh the Auth File
If you’re experiencing issues with plugin authorization or have recently made changes to your account or device, you may need to refresh your authorization file. Here’s how to do it in a few quick steps:
Steps to Refresh Your Auth File
Go to “My Stack”
From the main STACKS dashboard, click on My Stack to view all your installed products.
Open Product Management
Find the product you want to refresh (e.g., Rendition), then click the three-dot menu to the right of the product and choose Manage.
Access the Auth File Menu
In the upper-right corner of the product window, click the three-dot menu (outlined in red in the image below).
Select “Refresh Auth File”
From the dropdown, click Refresh Auth File. STACKS will regenerate and reapply your authorization file for that product.
